We at Majesty Corporate Solutions (MCS) provide services towards company formation, setting up offices PAN India basis, improve their business performance, streamlining existing operation, grow by giving solutions to problems and finding new and better ways of doing things. To begin with, it’s just in the private sector to help develop their services and, where necessary, reduce costs and make savings.

Our founder has been already serving our target customers with a wide range of services in the field of Business, Strategic&Succession Planning, Regulatory Corporate Compliance and Event Management. He has been working hard to understand the exact needs of our customers and delivering tailor-made solutions to them.
Mr. Ghosh is an integral part and the backbone of the company. His experience and business skill will give the company remarkable growth. He is coming with very rich 32 years experience in the field of Marketing, Business Development and General Management in domestic and International market. In his service career, he was always associated with renowned conglomerates in India for about 10 years and in the Middle East based in UAE and Bahrain for about 22 years. During his service career, he has worked with highly professionally managed organizations and he has always kept himself alongside with latest development followed by a flexible and organized work ensuring personal and corporate deadlines are met strictly as per schedule.
He along with other family members thought of upgrading the platform and taking things to the next level by forming the company Majesty Corporate Solutions Private Limited in 2017 and associated with professionals’ expertise such as Company Secretary, CA, Legal Advisor (Advocates), EPF/ESIC Consultants and event vendors.
